I don’t do mornings. But that’s about to change (a little).
One cup of coffee is not enough to get to the river, find a spot in the dark woods, and don’t get me started on the tripod setup.
There is no time to waste either. The light, sky, and just about everything else changes minute by minute. But it’s great because you get totally different shots with each change.
The color and lighting is an adventure, and lesson, in camera settings. Since there is no light you better know your equipment.
After the sun had come up I assumed the opportunities were over. Not even close. It seems a lot goes on while I’m still sleeping.
There are still plenty of images to finish processing of the morning golden hours.
I think I will probably do this again, soon.
