Carolina Marsh End Of Day

There may come a day I have web feet. If I go back and look at the past several months of photographs a large number are in marshes, lakes, or swamps. Doesn’t matter what part of the country, just as long as there is water somewhere.

Keeping the trend going the image above was taken on the South Carolina shore near where the old Charleston Pitts Street bridge was.

This next photograph is from the pier walkway near Shem Creek  just before the fishing boats.

Each photograph uses a main focal point that is a temporary object. The first has the tree and shrubs blown almost sideways (me too for that matter). The second uses sunset clouds, again blown by the wind.  They both were shot within an hour of each other.

Both use the well known composition method named ‘of course I planned it that way’.
