This was taken at The Center For Birds Of Prey. While many of the birds are exercised loose and fly around an open field this bird did not. There had been issues with larger hawks coming down out of the trees and attacking the smaller raptors.

I’m not sure if this bird was the one but recently a small Kestrel and local wild Red-tailed met. The Kestrel actually drove off the large hawk, but he was injured. So for now exercise is on the end of a very long lead.
