Loud Great Blue Heron

A Great Blue Heron can make an amazingly loud croaking sound. This one was the winner, by far.

We disturbed him and he was not happy. He yelled at us (like a Canada Goose with a cold) flying over the pond.

Once there he settled in to wait us out.

It worked.
