These 4 photographs were taken along side a large marsh. There is access to the interior of the wetlands so we are limited to trails that cut through old canals or walking on the dikes.


The marsh is over a mile wide (a guess here) and I can’t imagine what we might find in the thickets.


Nice shots! Egrets seem to be making an appearance North and South lately.
Southern New England has many during spring and summer. I was always sorry to see them go, it really meant winter was close. Now in the south …..we have then year round. Some go even further south but plenty stay here.
