Technically these should be deletes. The bird flew by so close he filled my view finder. The lens was pulled back as far as possible.
The only reason I had focus was I use the back button method. Hold in the button and keep focus. I held the button, and camera tight before I got knocked over. Well, fell over from leaning back for the shot.
I kept, and published them, because it’s not often you can see such detail of a 5 foot bird zooming by.
Fun photographs, no award winners. But interesting.
