Headstones, Kodak 125 PX pro Filter

These headstones were photographed at old Magnolia Cemetery.  The newest article from this location was published with color images, however most others in the past had been black and white.

I prefer B&W for photographs like these, contrast and defined objects. In order to get the detail I wanted I used a filter to simulate Kodak 126 XP pro film.

Many photographers (old school, nice way to explain it) are familiar with the differences actual brands and real ISO meant to the finished product.

Visit Rakmil Photography for additional details on the methods of Black and White.
