Most of the time the gear in my hand just can’t capture the sights I see. It’s for a close look, not a wider general view. Once in a while it works, or I have a backup near by.

This was taken with a long lens, but pulled way back.
Looking down a canal that ran beside a marsh. Made better by the lucky catch of a Great Blue flying by. And of course the hint of an Alligator sliding along.
Beautiful landscape and great capture! What is that red thing in the lower right corner!?
Wow, in a million years I would never have expected anyone to see that! It took me a moment to find it , then remember. The mystery object is a fishing ‘bobber’. A small round plastic ball that is attached to a fishing line. When it ‘bobs’ up and down there is a fish on the line.
Unfortunately some people get them caught in trees when out there. Dangerous to wildlife at times and if possible we gather it and place it in a trash bag.
Amazing catch and I really appreciate how you ‘looked’ at the image.
I love looking at good images! All the details. I loved that angle that the branch made in that corner and so I saw this red dot. I thought it might be some sort of bobber… Thak you for your response!
Oh no, thanks for your keen interest…and eye sight. I appreciate when people look at the true details.

Thank you.
