I shot these photographs as this Spoonbill began to join a group of birds fishing near us.

This is a young bird, not as tall, or pink.

I did not get the landing in this group of images. The number of birds, thousands, made for a continuous photobomb. Which of course means a loss of focus too.

Still, how many times to you get to capture Spoonbills in flight !
