I photographed this bird 2 different ways. The initial shots were light and washed out for a softer look. But here I went with spot metering and some compensation for a little more drama.
He was more than happy to sit there and we even moved around for different angles he stayed so long.
Beautiful photos, the light and color in the background makes the picture look magical. How wonderful is it when a bird like this just sits and poses for you? What a great opportunity to take your time and get the photos you want.
