This time of year the morning light is a problem so only certain angles and heights can be shot without any glare.

    1. Thanks 😀. I missed more than a few opportunities the last few days. I forgot a lot of what I needed to do yesterday. Today it looks like a good day.

  1. I’ve enjoyed you magnificent heron photography this year! They are dramatic, lovely animals, and most people don’t go into their habitats to see them. Thanks for posting them!

Have blessed Christmas and a productive New Year, Ted! I look forward to your blog posts in 2018!

    1. As the new season is starting, or about to, there will be plenty from the swamps. From NYC to South Carolina swamps…who knew. Thanks for your support, it’s appreciated. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you and yours.
