That little piece of asphalt under his chin is a trail I walk, many times each week. Now I think we are coming to a ‘battle of wills’.
A swamp is right at the end of his tail. It is also a prime spot to shoot the Great Blue Heron rookery activity. He looks to way too comfortable.
There is no way but past him, and that’s what we do. He’s just a little too big to completely ignore. The only option is to get there before he does. First one there gets the spot…it’s the rule.
