Photographs from yet another walk around an old cemetery. Perhaps strange, but they’re always so peaceful, and picturesque.

I have been using a new lens, Tamron 18-400 mm, on my cameras. While it had the expected short comings it also has more than made up for them in versatility.

All the images here were taken at 200 mm + , zoomed out. Normally for this type of work I would use a shorter 100 mm or even 50 mm prime lens.

Now I can get the Bokeh (blurred background) or wide scenes without dinking around with gear.

Best of all it’s very light weight and at times I carry no pack at all. I just fill my pockets with a few things.
