After shooting the White Pelican flocks I decided to finish a few with different post processing methods. I will usually use a single finish for any group of images to keep everything consistent but huge white birds and contrasts seemed to pretty to not use a few styles.
A wide black and white for our on-line gallery came out better than expected.

Thank you. Just wanted to change the males up a little. Other types of photography have much more flexibility in presentation. I sometimes think about changing direction, but I go out and see the wildlife around me… I did that once I’ll stick to this, and throw out a few other types periodically. 😀
