I’m going to give my best guess here, a Dunlin. Everything was either dark or a harsh golden color. It was not a pretty dawn.

I shot this with my smaller backup camera body also, and it doesn’t like low light all that much.

I though the bird had nice shades, even if they were all based on the dawn light and not what he really looked like.
