Nothing behind the bird except open green swamp waters. He was moving, hence the bokeh (blurred background). During mating season we get many opportunities like this, just hard to get them right. 😀. Thanks.

They are. A swamp nearby has Egrets that fly close to a trail, and over the water. If the timing is right the images can be great.
