We didn’t have much nesting like this in New England either. There were a few spots, but most large wading birds breed in the south. Some more southern than the Lowcountry. Loading...
When the Green Herons are in breeding colors they almost ‘shimmer’. With luck I may soon get the Little Blue Herons. Not finding them yet, however breeding time they are a real Magenta ! Loading...
