Achillea

Achillea found in a park garden in Charleston. There were a few varieties of this smaller flower. I usually concentrate on single blossoms. It’s easier.

The plant was identified by Liz of Exploring Color in New Zealand. Liz, and her husband Nigel, are the experts I so badly need. Nigel is a Landscape Architect from GrowPlan . Liz manages Nigel so I know we are on the right track here.

  1. Thanks for the shout-out Ted, we’ve been hooting with laughter at your paragraph! Liz from “Exploring Colour” (uk english used here in nz) 🙂 🙂

    1. 😀. We do have a habit of ‘mucking up’ the Kings English over here. Really, who else uses inches, feet, etc. In fairness we did give the metric system a brief try, we were just not up to the task. 😀

    1. Liz knew the plants. I typically avoid most parks. This is not in the center of town, but have a friend that lives near by. Nice place to stop since for some reason Green Herons love the place. They are swamp birds but love the bushes by the fountain here. Nature fitting the environment 😀
