The anhinga is like a shadow, what a cool photo!
I don’t think I even noticed the Anhinga at the time. In some places they packed themselves so tight you cannot get a shot of a angle bird.
Is it ok for them? To be close?
They would prefer not to be. It does cause problems, but all these birds need to nest in the same type of location. A large tree, surrounded by water, Alligators below to keep predators away.
