Little Snowy Egrets always strut around with an attitude. And…they are loud when aggitated. Which is most of the time.
They may also be the only wading bird that ‘clucks’. Not exactly like a chicken, but close enough to know when they are around.

Thanks. It was a good day for ‘Snowy’s’ when I shot this. Holding back on a few just to spread them out on the web site.
The usual breeding places are not busy this year so the salt water inlets are the best place for me now.
