Anhinga are really interesting birds. I didn’t know all that much about them until I started shooting full time down here.
They remind me of the ancient bird form of a heron, like they could have flown beside dinosaurs! 🌴
Around here they still do…Alligators 😂

Usually not a good subject for black and white. They are already very black 😝. The rest of the scene caught my eye.
And I do love those signs about Alligators. They never want to say Alliagtors ‘are’ there. Which is funny because if you get the right angle for a photo you can get the sign and a dozen gators 😀😀.
