Red Sun In The Morning, Sailors Warning…

Morning in the South Carolina Lowcountry. Hot and humid. I may never understand how the humidity can be at 100% and it’s not raining.

We are now officially in the tropical weather. There is no photography in the afternoon, not happening.

Sunrise is about 6:30 AM . These were taken a little after that as we were heading into the marshes looking for Spoonbills and Wood Storks.

    1. That’s my world now. We have about 7-8 months of semi-tropical heat/humidity (I think, never looked). Some how it hasn’t really been an issue for us. Even Ellen (Northern Maine) is OK with it.

    1. Thank you 🙂 The reflection of the sun, on the water, was almost blinding. It looked fake, except Ellen had a similar shot.

A friend was on the other side of the marsh at that exact moment and shot from there, same vivid reds 🙂
