This particular place in this marsh has good light for the first hour or so in the summer months. There are few trees here in the middle so once the sun is up it is brutal hot and harsh glaring light.

Maybe just as important, there is a dirt road that leads you right to the large marsh and several canals. No hike.

In July each morning starts with 100% humidity… even with no rain. I didn’t think that was physically possible!
