Besides every animal around being here to feed, these 2 Snowy Egrets would not stop fighting. If you look closely you will see several of the others watching too.
There are several types of Herons and Egrets feeding. Also at least 3 Alligators.

Water was flowing through here very fast since the dike was open in the nearby marsh. Alligators prefer to be on the other side of the dike, this water can have a small salt content. Alligators are fresh water animals.
Schools of small fish must have been moving through the open dike. This is like a half price seniors buffet here.
So much activity, much quieter around here. A real blue plate special😊
There are much larger flocking too. They are hard to get to.
