Another shared ‘Photo Op’ with Passing By Photo. We didn’t think anything would come of these shots. The only way to get an angle was to hang over a trail boardwalk (water) and push the shutter a few times.

They are so small when first hatched that is the only way we can find them. Also lets us know to look for mom, very protective at first.
