This was a disagreement between juvenile Little Blue Herons about who has the good seat. It’s all temporary, if an Alligator sticks his head up the rules change pretty quick.
But for this moment one of these birds wanted to be in charge. Of course the other one could quickly turn around and then he is in charge.
