Electric poles cross over the small rivers and marshes along the rural coastal area here in South Carolina. There is a stretch that has become very popular with the large raptors. Both Osprey and Bald Eagles lay claim to the poles.

I have seen Osprey nest here, but no Eagles. They prefer the tall pines. However it’s a great high spot to sit and watch for their next meal.
