This is the time the fall colors reflect across the marsh waters. While we don’t have the blazing reds and oranges of New England, there is a nice glow in the reeds and cane.

Here a Snowy Egret was standing still, waiting for fish to come by. The white from the bird made a nice contrast to the fall colors.
