I used the standard composition rules in a straight forward photograph. It makes a big difference.

A dirt road leads the viewers eye to the subject, the head stones are white and framed by the trees. All natural parts of the scene.

Last I lightened the center white head stones in the image.

From any other angle this was a pretty dull image.
