Pretty often there is something else happening in a photograph that we didn’t notice at the time. There are times it ruins an image but usually it’s nothing.

On this one I almost missed it. I assumed this big Alligator was by himself. Typically food is the only thing that makes them tolerate each other.

A second tail, the hard ridges, can just be seen on this guys right side. Based on the ridges he’s a lot bigger than the one we clearly see.
