Most of the plantations that have been repaired/rebuilt are open to the public with all types of tours. They wouldn’t be here without that revenue.
I use the trails behind this plantation house to access marshes, old rice fields, and the Ashley River. This means I am passing through before or after visitors.
There must be so much to explore behind the house!
Oh there is ! Wildlife big and small, open marshes, and green swamps.
