As the large bird activity picks up our other, less glamorous, citizens get little attention.

Considering I have a near limitless supply of images (and gators for that matter) I pulled a few from the ‘to do’ file.

It may not seem like much but these guys are relatively clean. During the colder weather they dig down into the mud for very long naps. At times you cannot tell a mud hill from an Alligator. Yes, a 10 foot,(3m), Alligator can disappear under a mound of mud.

Frightening thought isn’t it.
