These photographs are like an ad for ‘know your gear’.

I knew Tricolors were in here, but it was packed thick with last years reeds and cane. All I could catch was quick movement as they moved through a few openings. I only have 2 lens that would work he light and distance, and luck was I had a big Sigma attached.

This Heron was working a small flow of water, he kept still for just enough time to capture these.
