Looks to be a male Blue Dasher dragonfly, Ted. Where I live, this species is the most commonly seen dragonfly species in the summer.
I think we have three species I see often, this being one. It’s your fault I photo them 🙂
I accept the blame. You may have even more species there–over time you may start to see the differences among them all. 🙂
