It’s that time, harvest the cotton.

If you don’t recognize the title here it’s the US Cotton Council slogan. An ad that seems to never go away, and it’s been years.

If you have never seen a cotton field, this is it. Most of the year it looks like any other green farm crop. Now, the big ‘bolls’ pop open with white.

If it’s not harvested on time the wind blows white ‘litter’ everywhere.

Until 3 years ago I had never seen a cotton field. Now many of you have too.
