The Ring-billed Gull is everywhere, but rarely do photographers take the time to shoot them.

They are resourceful and in flight acrobats. I tell new wildlife photographers to find Gulls and practice their in-flight shooting on them. If you get good with the Gull, you can work with most other birds.
Great photos this morning, they made me laugh. That is what I did, I started practicing photographing the Ringed Billed Gull. They practically stop in mid air sometimes. I learned focusing quicker while photographing them.
It’s a great way to learn and keep sharp.
