Ted, is this hawk banded? He isn’t big and so cute. That is one great photo! Love it!
Yes, and with falconry leggings. This hawk is at a conservation center. Probably injured. Their raptors can fly and feed on the property. Trained for falconry and education purposes if they are not returned to the wild.
