This is a series captured where I was standing and shooting another group of nests and action was happening off to my left.
As luck would have it my position gave me a nice angle on the approach.

These trees have a lot of nests. Prime real estate since they are growing out of the swamp water giving them protection from anything climbing up. Basically the Alligators guard they bottom š
