A bird that intrigues all photographers, no matter how long they have been shooting.
Shades and contrasts of black and white seemed to suit these images. Perhaps it was the open negative space, not sure. While I did publish a color photograph from this scene the other day I prefer this style.

Yes they are as long as the light isn’t harsh. Otherwise they are a nightmare to shoot like any white bird is when it’s like that. I just love their colors and turned up beak. 💜
