This morning they finally came out to greet us.
The male Peacock strut out all the time now. Not the lovely ladies though.
I get the feeling I was not the one they were looking for.
There has been a small increase in visitors to the plantations so the Peacock population may start to hide after early morning.
First thing in the morning we all are out wandering around so they will continue to greet me for a while yet.

The guys were out by the visitors area waiting for out of town guests… it’s part of their job. Ladies better get a move on, I only saw two.
The ladies are so pretty! I love their fancy headpieces and coloring.
The boys danced for them a little later, I need to finish the images.
You know, we had the male peacocks when I was very young, and now come to think of it I don’t recall ever seeing the females. Like in your photos, they are so gorgeous.
The females just go about their business, it’s the males we remember with their over the top displays.
That must be it. We probably had females and just can’t remember them.
