Yeah, have you ever been to the La Chua Trail in the Paynes Prairie State Park? It’s actually located in Gainesville and not the main entrance to the park. There are some large gators there too. Home of the “Gators”…hahaha. Anyway, we have seen some 14′-16′ gators out there. https://floridahikes.com/paynes-prairie-lachua
