Thanks so much. The second bird is a female Anhinga, a tropical diver similar to northern Cormorants. South American bird but ranges up to South Carolina coast, maybe a little into North Carolina. Very common in the southern swamps but they do move a bit south in mid winter.

Thank you!! I’ve seen a male anhinga in St Marks Wildlife Refuge but I’ve never seen a female. Lovely light on both birds!
