At my current state of balance and flexibility, I don’t think that I should be trying those one-legged stretches on a limb like the spoonbill. I don’t see any in the wild here, so I always marvel at their spectacular colors. Keep the spoonbill shots coming, Ted.
LOL, my stretches don’t look anything like that ! After a little drought of Spoonies I now have too many to choose from 🙂 More certainly coming…soon.
