A few basic photographs of the pink residents. Well, mostly pink in the shots.

The marshes are all dotted with small hammocks of reeds and earth. For some reason the flocks rarely sit on the dikes, but we will crowd on these tiny islands.

It is good for photographers though. As long as you find open spots through the reeds it’s like they are waiting for you.
