The basic composition rules are all gone here. Most important piece missing, a foreground object for perspective.
It’s the ocean, end of day, and no control over anything.
However, there was wind, salt air, splashing waves heading to shore.
So here is the Atlantic ocean…

I like this photo a lot, even a foreground is missing. If you didn’t mention it I even would not notice.
