Everybody loves baby pictures.
A Snowy Egret family, tucked into the bark of a Palmetto tree.
Sorry, but not all that cute.
Note; No birds were disturbed here. Many wading birds are nesting in plain site.Β I also used several long lens for the images.
They are so fragile, so cute! I wish them to stay healthy and live a long life. Amazing moments!!!
One can hope.
The 2nd photo is so cute. They are lining up for you.
Opportunities like these are the reason we relocated to the Lowcountry. A far cry from NYC π
π€ … should I relocate too?
πππ, why not π€£
Adorable and precious! β€οΈ
I think βTime For The Kids may be a new topic on the site. Just today, 7 to 10 AM, I shot 700 images in an Egret rookery…filled with babies.
Whoa…..and for sure there are going to be some gems in those!
One can hope πππ
When I saw your 2x pics on facebook I thought the chicks hilarious, delighted to find 4x pics here and still LOL π
π, for some reason I put two on Facebook. I actually have around 100 chicks to view. Spoonbill babies, Herons, etc. so I am behind, of course first light today…out in a swamp with Egret babies πππ. I may never catch up
Those are wonderful.
Thank you. We are now out of the flamboyant dancing for a mate season into the loud young birds time.
Ha ha! Superb, Ted!
