The pandemic has closed most historical sites. If you have visited this site for any amount of time you know how I love to photograph old historical homes and locations.
Finally I found some that I had access to. Well, almost.
The series of rooms here were shot through open windows. Please note I did not climb through any, I did lean (way) inside to get some open views.
I have no details here except to say they were buildings within the walls of Fort Clinch on the Florida coast.
I assume some, like above, were for military officers, enlisted men, and a few families.
It’s not the same as being inside the buildings and having historical information. But I did get a chance to practice my shooting, black and white images, and of course burglary window climbing skills.
