This is probably the best time for photographing the Barred Owls here. The young Owlets are big enough to move around, but adults are still taking care of them.
While out looking for Owls an adult was moving around inside some thick trees. Places that are almost impossible to see them no less get an image. Above was an opening in the branches, we were the ones being watched now.
As always we only hold their interest for a short time. We’re boring.
Finding something to eat is more important.
