On A Dock

We went past a dock on our way out to the key (island) outside the mouth of the Stono River, South Carolina. It was amazing how many different types of birds were sitting around in such a small spot.

Above, left to right, a Double Crested Cormorant, Laughing Gull, Royal Tern, and Brown Pelican were rubbing shoulders.

A few feet down this Oyster Catcher flew off after hanging with a few more Laughing Gulls.

These were quick random shots from the boat as we passed.
