Taken at the new ‘hang out’.
Spoonbills had a small island dead tree that was the location of choice. A spot to sit after feeding in the morning.
Time and weather has taken it’s toll on the limbs and now there isn’t much left. They looked to have moved a little down the dike road to another ‘look out’ tree.

The old game of chase each other for the special spot has continued. Here there are a few trees to move around in.

I’d be surprised if this did become the new go to place though. Too close to a dike dirt road and easy to photograph… and why make it easy.
Always lovely. If I had feathers, they would be that color.
Glue gun?
Ha. Ouch
Amazing!
Does not get much better than this 😁😁. Thanks.
Gorgeous, awesome lighting and softness!
It’s the pink bird aura LOL Thanks.
